Welcome to your remote contraception assessment.  You should allocate 20 minutes to this review, as you would if you were attending the surgery for review.  Just because a review is conducted remotely does not mean it is any less important and if you are to continue to take your medication safely it is vitally important to answer questions honestly and read the information provided.

Before we get started, there are some things you will need:

  • Your height
  • Your weight
  • Your blood pressure

If you are starting any contraception, you will need a blood pressure check within the last 12 months, we have a self-health kiosk in reception available Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm which you can use to get this information.
