Administrative Request

Prior to proceeding with the request, please look at the Fees and charges document. All work that is not part of the NHS service requires a fee to be paid prior to the work being completed.

It usually takes up to 30 days to complete reports/ letters. If you need it sooner, please specify. There is a separate charge for urgent work.

Once completed, please submit the request. A member of our admin team will discuss your request with the doctor and if we are able to provide you with the letter / arrange a medical, they will call you to discuss your requirements, what we can do for you and the fees to be paid.
